Evaguard311S is a 2-in-1 water-based, resinous dampproofing and hardening sealer that dries nearly invisible. Evaguard311S is formulated for use on cement & concrete floor & walls. Evaguard311S prevents mould & fungus build-up. Evaguard311S is used to prevent damp in cement/concrete surfaces etc. Due to its low viscosity it permeates deep into the substrate – forming an invisible water damp-proof barrier. Evaguard311S is a treatment against saltpetre, and  Saltpetre treatment  Prevention of mould growth. Damp-proofing and surface hardening Sikagard®-905W is also used as a surface hardener for weak and dusty substrates, both indoors and outdoors.
